Charlie’s bike loves your smile.


After rewatching the music video for I Own You recently, I decided to look up Charlie Winston, the gentleman who sings the vocals in the song.

I was delighted to find the video for his song I Love Your Smile which features a couple on tour with two classic bikes.

Keen observers will note you can clearly see Charlie is riding on a Brooks saddle.

Didn’t I tell you, leather saddles look good in pictures?

Oregon’s Old West Scenic Bikeway


If you haven’t already heard, Oregon is the first state in the country to have designated scenic bikeways. You can check out one of those bikeways, the 174-mile Old West Scenic Bikeway, in the video below.

Folding Bikes and a Floating Roundabout


Two bits of exciting news have come across my desk this morning that I thought you’d want to know about.

First, at the recent Brompton World Championships, time trial specialist Michael Hutchinson smashed his 2011 time and set a new course record. Second, there’s a new roundabout for bicycles in the Netherlands and it’s going to blow your mind.
